Tutorial project update

This is an update tutorial where I talked with my tutor about what stage I'm at with the process of my project. We discussed options for the 3D landscape and about some further research. We also talked about my 3D pieces for the application techniques as well as my second 3D piece which will be a 3D floorplan. I'm going to be posting a project update following this post to show what is completed this far and what I have left.

Wassily Kandinsky was a Russian painter and art theorist and he is considered one of western art's forefathers of abstraction. He took painting studies in his 30s after completing his studies for law and economics. Creating my boards process / results - Project Development

 This is my process of creating my boards for my final art portfolio project, using Photoshop.  First I created a new document by clicking on 'New File', then 'print', 'A3', and chose the landscape mode. after my page was open I went on 'Unsplash' to find a related background.  Then I clicked on 'File' that's at the top left corner, 'open' and 'on your computer' and chose the image that I downloaded.  After that, I selected the image with the 'rectangular marquee' tool which is the first icon on the left toolbar and then clicked on 'edit', 'copy' and then went to my first page, clicked on 'edit' again and pasted it. Week 5 further research

 In week 5 of planning, I'm doing some more research. Today I'm researching Rem Koolhaas, a Dutch architect who is known for his gravity-defying structures. His innovative and futuristic style has been setting standards for years, he thinks that "Terms like city, street, identity, and architecture are things of the past. The past is too small to live in". One of his famous works is the "De Rotterdam" building, this is a multifunctioning building, (a great work to look up to since my project revolves around multifunctional requirements as well), he describes his work as a "vertical city".                                                                                      The De Rotterdam  This building is located  at  Wilhelminapier in Rotterdam, he designed it in 1998 and it started at the end of 2009 and was finalized at the end of 2013.
