These are the floor plan result and dimensions of the building and spaces.




                                                                    Building Tower1/2


The height for the tallest tower with 10 floors is 45 meters by itself and 50 meters with the exterior ceiling design.

The height for the smaller tower with 6 floors is 27,5 meters and 30 meters with the exterior ceiling design.

The width and length for each tower is 25x25m and 20sx20m 





Office


The whole office is 4,5 x 3,5 x 5 x 4 x 8 x 6 m 
The bathroom is 2 x 1,75 m






Parking lot


The parking lots are 15 x15m in width/length and each parking space is 2,75 x 5,50m

    Parking Lot - talk about access from the exterior, the amount of spaces - are they sufficient for how you think the building will be used? Are there spaces for other forms of transport, for example pushbikes or motorbikes?

Creating my boards process / results - Project Development

 This is my process of creating my boards for my final art portfolio project, using Photoshop.  First I created a new document by clicking on 'New File', then 'print', 'A3', and chose the landscape mode. after my page was open I went on 'Unsplash' to find a related background.  Then I clicked on 'File' that's at the top left corner, 'open' and 'on your computer' and chose the image that I downloaded.  After that, I selected the image with the 'rectangular marquee' tool which is the first icon on the left toolbar and then clicked on 'edit', 'copy' and then went to my first page, clicked on 'edit' again and pasted it. Then from the right tool bar I lowered the opacity to 40% which is located at the 'layers' category.  Then I followed the same steps with uploading my concept image and arranged the size and placement by clicking on the 'move' tool and then clicking on 'show trans

Week 5 further research

 In week 5 of planning, I'm doing some more research. Today I'm researching Rem Koolhaas, a Dutch architect who is known for his gravity-defying structures. His innovative and futuristic style has been setting standards for years, he thinks that "Terms like city, street, identity, and architecture are things of the past. The past is too small to live in". One of his famous works is the "De Rotterdam" building, this is a multifunctioning building, (a great work to look up to since my project revolves around multifunctional requirements as well), he describes his work as a "vertical city".                                                                                      The De Rotterdam  This building is located  at  Wilhelminapier in Rotterdam, he designed it in 1998 and it started at the end of 2009 and was finalized at the end of 2013.
