"Who am I?" - Exercise

This week we did an exercise called "why am I?" which helped with practicing research. We had to draw a human figure and then start adding parts of our life from an early age, teenage years, personality characteristics, people that left an impact, and life-changing situations.  The lower part of the image is memories from my early age like going to the cinema a lot, swimming, and participating in fun activities with old friends. Then on the upper half of the image are experiences that happened later on, like getting to find new hobbies/interests like playing piano and reading. Also at the same time experiencing struggles with mental health, family situations, and getting home-schooled for the last three years of school. At the very top of the image where the head is, I also wrote about a few characteristics and people that have had an impact on my life as well as a few poets who left an impression with some of their work. This helped us practice research by researching ourselves and creating a page filled with each one's story.

  1. Your commentary should say more about your choices, particularly as it is very difficult to read what you have written on the drawing.
