Wix website : about page/social links/Homepage & Mobile view

Today I will be updating my 'about me' page on the website I created using Wix.

I first changed my template by going to the side tool bar and clicking on 'add section', then I chose the design I wanted. I downloaded my picture from unsplash and then selected the image backroad that was already there so I could click om change Colum background and then place my picture behind the white backround for my text.

Then I checked the mobile view of my website, I did that by pressing on the phone icon on the top left side. First, the home page was looking nice, but the only problem was that my background photo appears behind my second background photo, which on the computer version is on left side. Then the 'about me' page is working well on mobile use as well, again the background photo is placed differently but it is probably because computer templates appear differently on the mobile use.

Next was to check the social links, I did that by first deleting the social bar that was already on the bottom right. Then I clicked on 'add elements' from the tool bar and paced it at the same place. I clicked on it and deleted the socials I didn't need and added blogger and Instagram. Then I added the link to each one and tested it to see if it is working.

Then I also added a 'back to top' button. I did that by clicking on 'add elements' on the tool bar, selected the icon I wanted, placed it and then I added the movement by pressing on it, then on linked and choosing the top/bottom page and then top.

I also edited my contact page, I selected a template from the 'add section' in the toolbar and then selected 'contact' and placed it on my contact page.

Then I checked again if mobile use works for everything I made so far, everything works great but I will have a second test for an actual mobile use when the website is published.
